On Thursday, January 16th, we traded CAD for collaboration as our talented designers—our future trailblazers—gathered offsite for a day of discovery and connection. The agenda was filled with inspiration, covering project highlights, cutting-edge innovations, and emerging market trends. This meeting provided a unique behind-the-scenes perspective and fostered collaboration across departments. A key feature of the day was the completion of emotional intelligence and Big Five personality assessments. Peer interaction in a distributed office environment... break away from TEAMS and ZOOM. These exercises showcased the distinct strengths each team member brings, emphasizing the power of diverse personalities in shaping an extraordinary team. We also took a journey through LIVIC’s story, comparing "LIVIC Then and Now." From HR and IT advancements to financial milestones, it was a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and to celebrate the growth we’ve achieved together.
